原理Principle
該機(jī)由機(jī)座、回轉(zhuǎn)體、驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、提升系統(tǒng)、制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)及控制系統(tǒng)組成。工作時(shí)，將混合料斗推到回轉(zhuǎn)體內(nèi)，按下觸摸屏上“確認(rèn)”鍵，就能自動(dòng)將混合料斗提升到位，并自動(dòng)夾緊。壓力傳感器得到夾緊信號(hào)后，驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)工作，按設(shè)定的時(shí)間、轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)行混合;達(dá)到設(shè)定的參數(shù)后，回轉(zhuǎn)體就能自動(dòng)垂直停止，同時(shí)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)工作，混合結(jié)束；然后提升系統(tǒng)工作，回轉(zhuǎn)體內(nèi)的混合混合料斗下降到位，自動(dòng)停止，并打印工藝數(shù)據(jù)，將混合料斗推出轉(zhuǎn)到下一工序。
