Therapeutic indications
For use caused by sensitive bacteria:
1. Urogenital system infections, including simple and complicated urinary tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme-producing strains).
2. Respiratory tract infections, including acute bronchial infections and pulmonary infections caused by sensitive Gram-negative bacilli.
3. Gastrointestinal infections, caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, etc.
4. Typhoid fever.
5. Bone and joint infections.
6. Skin and soft tissue infection.
7. Systemic infections such as sepsis.

Dose and method of administration
Orally, take as follows, or as directed by your doctor.
1. Commonly used dosage for adults: 0.5g to 1.5g per day, divided into 2 to 3 times.
2. Bone and joint infection: 1g to 1.5g per day, divided into 2 to 3 times, and the course of treatment is 4 to 6 weeks or longer.
3. Pneumonia and skin and soft tissue infections: 1g to 1.5g per eye, divided into 2 to 3 times, and the course of treatment is 7 to 14 days.
4. Intestinal infection: 1g per day, divided into 2 times, and the course of treatment is 5 to 7 days.
5. Typhoid fever: 1.5g per day, divided into 2 to 3 times, and the course of treatment is 10 to 14 days.
6. Urinary tract infection: For acute simple lower urinary tract infection, take 0.5g a day, divided into two times, and the course of treatment is 5 to 7 days; for complicated urinary tract infection, take 1g a day, divided into two times, and the course of treatment is 7 to 14 days.
7. Simple gonorrhea: Take 0.5g orally in a single dose.

Contraindications
It is contraindicated in patients allergic to this product and quinolones.

Special warnings and precautions for use
1. Since Escherichia coli is currently more resistant to fluoroquinolones, urine culture specimens should be collected before administration, and medication should be adjusted based on bacterial drug susceptibility results.
2. This product should be taken on an empty stomach. Although food can delay its absorption, its total absorption (bioavailability) is not reduced, so it can also be taken after a meal to reduce gastrointestinal reactions; it is recommended to drink 250ml of water at the same time when taking it.
3. Crystalluria may occur when this product is used in large doses or when the urine pH value is above 7. In order to avoid the occurrence of crystalluria, it is advisable to drink more water and keep the 24-hour urine output above 1200ml.
4. For patients with reduced renal function, the dosage needs to be adjusted according to renal function. 5. Moderate and severe photosensitivity reactions may occur when using fluoroquinolones. Avoid overexposure to sunlight when using this product. Discontinue use if photosensitivity reactions occur.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
1. Urinary alkalinizing drugs can reduce the solubility of this product in urine, leading to crystalluria and nephrotoxicity.
2. Antacids containing aluminum or magnesium can reduce the oral absorption of this product, and it is recommended to avoid combined use. If it cannot be avoided, it should be taken 2 hours before taking this product or 6 hours after taking it.
3. When this product is used in combination with theophylline, it may result in a significant reduction in the hepatic elimination of theophylline, a prolongation of the blood elimination half-life (t1/2β), and an increase in blood concentration due to competitive inhibition with the cytochrome P450 binding site. Symptoms of theophylline poisoning may occur, such as nausea, vomiting, tremor, restlessness, agitation, convulsions, palpitations, etc. Therefore, when used together, the blood concentration of theophylline drugs should be measured and the dosage should be adjusted.

Fertility, pregnancy and lactation
The safety of this product in infants and adolescents under 18 years of age has not been determined. However, this product can cause joint disease when used in several young animals. Therefore, it is not suitable for children and teenagers under 18 years old.
Since this drug can cause joint disease in juvenile animals, it is contraindicated by pregnant women. Breastfeeding women should suspend breastfeeding when using this product.
